水处理膜技术在集装箱水性涂料废水处理中的应用与发展趋势

摘　　要：2017年中国集装箱制造业全面切换溶剂型涂料改为使用水性涂料进行涂装,其涂装线的废水处理工序也随之改变为处理水性涂料的涂装废水,基于水性涂料产品特点,集装箱工厂的涂装废水处理系统进行了一次全面的技术改造。对水处理膜技术在本次行业变革行动中的应用情况进行了分析、总结,并针对现状的不足之处提出了改善建议。In 2017,the container manufacturing industry in China changed from using solvent coatings to using waterborne coatings.The wastewater treatment process of its painting line also changed to treat the wastewater of waterborne coatings.Based on the characteristics of waterborne coatings products,the wastewater treatment system had reformed completely.This paper analyzes and summarizes the application of membrane technology in the technical reform of this industry,and gives some suggestions to improve and upgrade the current situation.
