摘  要:聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)水性分散体是一种基于规模化氧化聚合技术生产的高附加值导电液,解决了本征导电聚合物PEDOT的加工性,其固相材料形态多样且具有优异的光学、电学、电化学、力学、化学和热学稳定性、生物兼容能力等性能,在有机电子领域应用广泛,且长期处于学术研究热点和前沿。简述了PEDOT:PSS的制备方法并根据发展阶段全面分析厘清了其应用研究进展,以为学术界和业界提供借鉴,为继续推动PEDOT:PSS的商业化应用和国内产学研合作突破技术壁垒提供有益帮助。Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS)aqueous dispersion is a conductive liquid with high added-value produced by large-scale oxidation polymerization technology,which solves the processability of the intrinsically conductive polymer PEDOT.Its solid phase materials have various forms and have excellent optical,electrical,electrochemical,mechanical,chemical and thermal stability,biological compatibility and other properties,and thus are widely used in a wide range of organic electronics fields,and have long been in the academic research hotspot and frontier.This paper briefly describes the preparation methods of PEDOT:PSS,and comprehensively analyzes and clarifies its application research progress according to the development stage,so as to provide reference for the academia and the industry,and provide beneficial help for further promoting the commercial applications of PEDOT:PSS and breaking through the technical barriers of domestic industryuniversity-research cooperation.
