商用车车厢用粉末涂料的制备

摘　　要：针对商用车作业环境和使用要求、工件特点,通过对树脂、助剂等的选择,探讨了环氧树脂、脱气剂对涂层外观、光泽、耐盐雾性能的影响,并通过测试催化剂及膨润土对粉末涂层边角覆盖性的影响,制备了适合商用车车厢用粉末涂料,配方中各助剂最佳用量(质量分数)为安息香0.5%、消泡剂1.0%、催化剂0.6%、膨润土1.3%。According to the working environment and application requirements of commercial vehicles and the characteristics of the workpiece,the effects of epoxy resin and degassing agent on the appearance,luster and salt spray resistance of the coatings were discussed by selecting resin and additives.By testing the influence of catalyst and bentonite on the corner coverage of the powder coatings,the powder coatings suitable for commercial vehicles were prepared.The optimum dosage of each additive in the formula(wt.%)was:0.5%benzoin,1.0%defoamer,0.6%catalyst and 1.3%bentonite.
