摘  要:以某湿法炼锌厂产出的锌浸渣浮选银精矿为原料,采用回转炉还原焙烧—低酸浸出工艺进行脱锌研究。结果表明:在碳粉加入量10%、焙烧温度600℃、时间120 min、原料粒度-0.1 mm、回转炉转速5 r/min的条件下,铁酸锌还原焙烧分解效果最优,焙烧产物中可溶锌率达到85.83%。在硫酸终点pH为2、液固比5 mL/g、浸出温度70℃、浸出时间90 min优化条件下,对焙烧产物进行选择性浸出,锌和铁的浸出率分别为84.23%和34.71%。浸出渣中未溶解铁锌氧化物主要为还原焙烧过程中团聚成块的大颗粒及被硫酸铅熔化包裹形成的颗粒。Applying the zinc leaching slag flotation silver concentrate from a certain zinc hydrometallurgy plant as raw material to study zinc removal by the process of reduction roasting in rotary furnace and low acid leaching.The results show that under the conditions of carbon powder dosage of 10%,roasting temperature of 600℃,roasting time of 120 minutes,particle size of raw material of-0.1 mm,and speed of rotary furnace of 5 r/min,the reduction roasting decomposition effect of zinc ferrite is optimal,and the soluble zinc content in the roasting product is 85.83%.The roasted products were selectively leached under the optimal conditions including endpoint pH value of 2,ratio of liquid to solid of 5 mL/g,leaching temperature of 70℃,and leaching time of 90 minutes,selective leaching of the roasting products is carried out,and the leaching rate of zinc and iron is 84.23%and 34.71%respectively.The undissolved iron and zinc oxides in leaching residue are mainly large particles agglomerated into clumps during reduction roasting process and some particles wrapped by melting lead sulfate.
