摘  要:以3 mol/L的六水氯化镁溶液为原料,研究其热分解行为,选择最佳煅烧条件,考察不同煅烧温度和保温时间以及碱性调控制备条件对产物MgO性能的影响。结果表明:450℃煅烧并保温2 h制备出的MgO形貌较规整,但其粒径分布不均且活性较差,D_(50)=9.38μm,显色时间为213 s。而引入MgO悬浮液后,由于MgO中的O^(2-)能够抢夺H_(2)O的H^(+)形成O—H键,逐渐替换MgO分子间的O—Mg键,使得MgO悬浮液以[Mg(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)离子团为核心不断生长发育,最终析出生成晶体。当其添加量为与六水氯化镁的摩尔比0.48、反应温度50℃时,产物MgO形貌呈均匀的小颗粒片状,D_(50)=2.84μm,显色时间为63 s,具有更好的性能。研究结果对盐湖镁资源的综合利用及高品质MgO的制备提供了有益启示。Using 3 mol/L magnesium chloride hexahydrate solution as raw material,the thermal decomposition behavior of the product was studied to select the optimal calcination conditions,and the effects of calcination temperature,holding time,and alkaline preparation conditions on the properties of the product MgO were investigated.The results show that MgO prepared by calcination at 450℃and holding for two hours is regular,but its particle size distribution is uneven and its activity is poor,D_(50)=9.38μm,and the color development time is 213 seconds.After the introduction of MgO suspension,O^(2-)ions in MgO can rob H^(+)of H_(2)O to form O-H bonds,and gradually replace O-Mg bonds between MgO molecules,so that MgO suspension continues to grow and develop with[Mg(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)ion clusters as the core,and finally precipitates to form crystals.When the molar ratio of MgO to magnesium chloride hexahydrate is 0.48 and the reaction temperature is 50℃,the product MgO appeares as uniform small particle flake,D_(50)=2.84μm,and the color development time is 63 s,which has better performance.The results of this study provide valuable enlightenment for the comprehensive utilization of magnesium resources in salt lake and high-quality MgO from salt lakes.
