摘　　要：抗战初期,冀鲁豫根据地货币金融事业发展相对滞后,确保根据地经济安全,对敌开展持久斗争,要依靠稳定可靠的货币金融秩序才能实现。对此,中共制定了相应的货币政策,并根据现实发展的需求进行了及时调整和完善,开辟了根据地对敌货币斗争的坚强阵地,极大保障了根据地经济的持续发展,有力打击了敌人的经济掠夺和破坏,为保障冀鲁豫抗日根据地党政军民的供给并最终战胜敌人发挥了重要作用。In the early period of the War-of-Resistance-Against-Japanese-Aggression(WRAJA),the development of monetary and financial undertakings in the border area of Hebei,Shandong and Henan was relatively backward.To ensure the economic security of these areas and carry out a lasting struggle against the enemy,it was necessary to rely on a stable and reliable monetary and financial order.In this regard,the CPC formulated corresponding monetary policies,and made timely adjustments and improvements,greatly guaranteeing the sustainable economic development of the base areas and playing an important role in ensuring the supply of the Party,government,army and people to ultimately defeat the enemy.
