森林草原防火“百千万工程”初探——以呼伦贝尔市为例

摘　　要：呼伦贝尔森林草原资源丰富、生态价值重要,是维护祖国北疆绿色生态屏障的关键,森林草原防火工作地位特殊、责任重大。呼伦贝尔市森林消防支队在驻地党委政府的领导下,大力开展以“百车千人万里行、千里万吨大清除、万里战场大联防”为主要内容的森林草原防火“百千万工程”,夯实巩固群防群治的人民防线,锤炼厚植防火新质战斗力,有效降低了森林草原火灾发生率,减轻了火灾损失,为各地打赢森林草原防灭火主动仗提供借鉴、累积经验。Rich in forest and grassland resources and important in ecological value,Hulunbuir is an important link to build the green ecological barrier in the northern area of the motherland.Forest and grassland fire prevention work has a special status and a great responsibility.In Hulunbuir city forest fire detachment under the leadership of the party committee government,vigorously carry out the forest and grassland fire prevention"tens of millions of projects"with the main content of"hundreds of thousands of vehicles and thousands of thousands of miles,thousands of thousands of tons of clearance,and thousands of miles of battlefield joint prevention",in order to consolidate materialize the people's defense,temper to strengthen the new quality,effectively reduce the incidence of forest grassland fire,reduce the fire loss,to win the forest grassland fire prevention initiative provide reference,accumulated experience.
