森林草原防火物资储备建设对策研究——以山西省为例

摘　　要：梳理了山西省森林草原防火物资省级储备建设情况,分析其未建立全省森林防火储备统筹体系、先进装备缺乏、储备库房容量不足、缺少完善的应急物资运输保障机制、在库储备物资管理需细化等问题,在完善森林草原防火物资储备管理体系,优化森林草原防火物资储备品种结构,完善省级森林草原防火物资储备库建设方面,提出对策建议。In this paper,the construction of provincial reserves of forest and grassland fire prevention materials in Shanxi Province was summarized.Through analysis,the existing problems were summarized,which include the lack of perfect emergency material transport guarantee mechanism,the lack of advanced equipment,insufficient capacity of reserve warehouse,the failure to establish the provincial forest fire prevention reserve co-ordination system,unspecified warehouse reserve material management,etc.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from perspectives of improving the forest and grassland fire prevention materials in the reserve management system as a new-era management system,optimizing forest and grassland fire prevention material reserve variety structure,and improving the construction of provincial forest and grassland fire prevention materials reserve in Shanxi Province.
