摘 要:为了降低三相VIENNA整流器交流侧的电流畸变率,并抑制直流侧电容中点的电位波动,提出将无源控制和零序分量注入相结合的控制策略,并应用于三相VIENNA整流器。首先,根据VIENNA整流器在三相静止坐标系下的数学模型,通过坐标变换获得在同步旋转坐标系下的电压和电流关于功率开关的状态方程。然后,根据无源控制理论,建立基于三相VIENNA整流器的欧拉-拉格朗日(Euler-Lagrange,EL)数学模型,并推导出无源控制器的电压调制方程。同时,设计将零序分量注入调制波的中点电位平衡控制模块。最后,通过构建仿真模型对控制策略进行验证。仿真结果显示,与传统的控制策略相比,该控制策略能较好地平衡电容电压中点电位,降低输入电流的畸变率,并在单位功率因数下实现系统的稳定运行。In order to reduce the current distortion rate of the AC side of the three-phase VIENNA rectifier and to suppress the potential fluctuation of the midpoint of the capacitor on the DC side,this paper proposes to apply the control method of passive control and zero-sequence component injection to the three-phase VIENNA rectifier.Firstly,based on the mathematical model of the VIENNA rectifier in the three-phase stationary coordinate system,the equations of state of the voltages and currents with respect to the power switches in the synchronous rotating coordinate system are obtained after a coordinate transformation.Then the Euler-Lagrange mathematical model based on the three-phase VIENNA rectifier is established by the passive control theory,and the voltage modulation equation of the passive controller is derived analytically.At the same time,a midpoint potential balance control module for injecting zero-sequence components into the modulating wave is designed.Finally,the proposed control strategy is verified and analyzed by building a simulation model.Simulation results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper results in a more balanced capacitor voltage midpoint potential for the three-phase VIENNA rectifier compared to the conventional control,the input current exhibits a lower distortion rate,and the system is achieved to operate reliably at unit power factor.
