摘 要:为探究空心莲子草在不同生境下功能性状以及生态适应策略的差异,在白龟湖国家湿地公园分别设置5个水生和5个陆生生境采样点,采集健康成熟的空心莲子草植株,测定其叶长、叶宽、叶片厚度、茎节间长、叶片含水量、叶片干物质含量、比叶面积、比叶重、叶绿素含量以及叶片N元素含量等10个性状。结果表明,陆生生境中叶片含水量以及比叶面积显著低于水生生境中的,叶片干物质含量则显著高于水生生境中的。水生生境中叶片厚度与叶绿素含量、叶片N元素含量呈显著正相关,茎节间长与叶片含水量呈显著正相关而与叶片干物质含量呈显著负相关;陆生生境中叶片的叶绿素含量与叶片比叶面积呈显著负相关。主成分分析发现,水生、陆生生境中的植株表现出差异性聚类。研究结果揭示了空心莲子草对不同生境的生态适应策略是通过改变叶片的功能性状来适应生境变化。To explore the differences in functional traits and ecological adaptation strategies of Alternanthera philoxeroides in different habitats,five aquatic and terrestrial habitat sampling points were set up in the Baigui Lake National Wetland Park.Healthy and mature Alternanthera philoxeroides plants were collected to measure 10 traits including leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,internode length,leaf water content,leaf dry matter content,specific leaf area,specific leaf weight,chlorophyll content,and leaf nitrogen content.The results showed that leaf water content and specific leaf area in terrestrial habitats were significantly lower than those in aquatic habitats,while leaf dry matter content was significantly higher in aquatic habitats.In aquatic habitats,leaf thickness was significantly positively correlated with chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content,while internode length was significantly positively correlated with leaf water content and significantly negatively correlated with leaf dry matter content.In terrestrial habitats,chlorophyll content of leaves was significantly negatively correlated with specific leaf area.Principal component analysis revealed differential clustering of plants in aquatic and terrestrial habitats.The study results revealed the ecological adaptation strategies of Alternanthera philoxeroides to different habitats,adapting to habitat changes by altering the functional traits of leaves.
