摘 要:波纹管膨胀节是一种重要的管道柔性部件,通常用在管道靠自身柔性无法吸收其承受的热胀或锚固点位移等载荷的情况下,为提供轴向型波纹管膨胀节在PIPESTRESS中的建模方法及利用膨胀节改进管道柔性的工程应用.基于商用核级管道计算软件PIPESTRESS软件对某核电站管道在自重、热膨胀、地震、锚固点位移等载荷工况下进行应力分析,给出了弹簧吊架-阻尼器方案和膨胀节方案两种柔性布置,并分别根据RCC-M规范进行应力评定.计算结果表明,通过设置膨胀节可以有效降低管道应力,吸收管道的过大位移载荷使结构满足规范要求,为PIPESTRESS软件中的含波纹管膨胀节管道应力分析提供了参考.The bellows expansion joint is an important pipe flexibility component,usually used in the case where the pipe is unable to absorb the loads such as thermal expansion or anchorage point displacement by its own flexibility.This paper provides a modeling method for axial bellows expansion joints in PIPESTRESS and an engineering application of using expansion joints to improve pipeline flexibility.It is based on the commercial nuclear grade piping calculation software PIPESTRESS for a nuclear power plant piping in the dead weight,thermal expansion,seismic,anchorage point displacement and other load conditions for stress analysis,given the spring hanger-damper program and expansion joints program for the two flexible arrangements,and respectively,according to the RCC-M standards for the evaluation of stresses.Calculation results show that the arrangement of expansion joints can effectively reduce the pipeline stress,absorb the excessive displacement load of the pipeline,so that the structure meets the specification requirements.Reference for the stress analysis of pipeline containing bellows expansion joints in PIPESTRESS software was provided.
