摘 要:骨骼健康是维持身体机能的重要条件,但大多数营养学只关注单一营养素对骨骼的影响,忽略了整体膳食模式对骨骼的重要性。饮食营养的补充是预防骨质疏松发生发展的源头,膳食模式与骨骼健康有显著的关联性,也是影响骨健康的关键,合理的膳食模式是骨质疏松症的一级预防策略。本文综述了对骨骼健康有益的地中海饮食、存在争议的素食饮食和具有潜在危害的高脂高热量饮食,探讨了三种不同膳食模式对骨密度和骨折风险的临床研究进展及其机制,为选择科学合理的膳食模式、防治骨质疏松提供借鉴。Bone health is important for maintaining bodily functions,but most nutritional science focuses only on the effects of single nutrients on bones,ignoring the importance of overall dietary patterns on bones.It has been found that dietary supplementation is the origin of prevention for the development of osteoporosis,that dietary patterns are significantly associated with and key to bone health,and rational dietary patterns are a primary prevention strategy for osteoporosis.This article describes the Mediterranean diet which is beneficial to bone health,the controversial vegetarian diet,and the potentially harmful high-fat,high-calorie diet,and discusses the progress of clinical studies on bone mineral density and fracture risk and their mechanisms of the three different dietary patterns,so as to provide scientific and reasonable dietary patterns for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
