摘　　要：本文探讨了危机预警下的突发公共卫生事件管理中存在的问题及对策。随着全球范围内突发公共卫生事件频繁发生,各国建立了危机预警体系,但现实中仍然面临着信息不足、反应滞后等挑战。通过对危机预警体系、突发事件管理现状的分析,揭示了管理中的不足之处,包括信息采集不全面、管理体系不完善以及风险意识不足等问题。在问题分析的基础上,提出了优化危机预警体系、完善突发公共卫生事件管理机制和提升风险意识的对策建议。优化预警体系需要提高信息采集和分析水平,完善管理则强调卫生系统协同与资源配置的优化,而提升风险意识则通过广泛的教育宣传和培训。通过这些对策的综合实施,可以提高应对突发公共卫生事件的整体效能,从而更有效地保障公众健康和社会稳定。This article explores the problems and countermeasures in the management of public health emergen-cies under crisis warning.With the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies worldwide,countries have es-tablished crisis warning systems,but in reality,they still face challenges such as insufficient information and de-layed response.By analyzing the current situation of crisis warning system and emergency management,the short-comings in management were revealed,including incomplete information collection,incomplete management sys-tem,and insufficient risk awareness.On the basis of problem analysis,suggestions were proposed to optimize the cri-sis warning system,improve the management mechanism of sudden public health events,and enhance risk aware-ness.Optimizing the early warning system requires improving the level of information collection and analysis.Im-proving management emphasizes the coordination of the health system and the optimization of resource allocation,while enhancing risk awareness is achieved through extensive education,publicity,and training.Through the com-prehensive implementation of these measures,the overall effectiveness of responding to sudden public health inci-dents can be improved,thereby more effectively ensuring public health and social stability.
