摘　　要：目的了解重庆口岸2018—2022年出入境人群性传播疾病的感染情况,为口岸性传播疾病的监督、预防控制工作提供有效依据。方法对2018—2022年在重庆国际旅行卫生保健中心开展健康体检的所有出入境人员进行梅毒抗体和艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体的监测,并对体检结果进行统计分析。结果2018—2022年,重庆口岸共监测出入境人员53602人次。HIV阳性检出总数56例,检出率为0.1%;梅毒阳性检出总数623例,检出率为1.16%。各项职业中,劳务、国际交通员工、留学人员传染病阳性检出较多。年龄分布中,传染病阳性检出主要集中在20~60岁。结论重点关注劳务、国际交通员工、留学人员以及20~60岁人群的性病监测,实施有效的策略,开展防控工作。Objective To investigate the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases among entry-exit population at Chongqing Port from 2018 to 2022 year,and to provide an effective basis for the surveillance,monitoring,preven-tion and control of sexually transmitted diseases at ports.Methods Syphilis antibody and HIV antibody were monitored for all entry-exit personnel who underwent physical examination in Chongqing International Travel Health Care Center from 2018 to 2022,and the results of physical examination were statistically analyzed.Results From 2018 to 2022,a total of 53,602 entry-exit persons were monitored at Chongqing ports.There were 56 HIV positive cases,the detection rate was 0.1%,and 623 syphilis positive cases,the detection rate was 1.16%.Among the various occupations,labor service,international transportation employees,and overseas students were more posi-tive for infectious diseases.Among the age distribution,the positive detection of infectious diseases mainly concen-trated in 20~60 years old.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the STD surveillance of labor,interna-tional transportation employees,overseas students and people aged 20~60,and implement effective strategies to carry out prevention and control work.
