摘  要:为了揭示厂拌热再生沥青混合料质量控制关键技术,以废旧沥青混合料(RAP)为原材料,研究了拌合时间及新集料加热温度对再生沥青混合料空隙率的影响规律,分析了RAP掺量对路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:当新集料温度为205℃、RAP预热温度为135℃时,再生沥青混合料的拌合时间以不少于130 s为宜;RAP掺量越大,对新集料的温度要求越高,新集料的温度宜控制在205℃左右,同时,再生沥青混合料的水稳定性和低温抗裂性能越差,但抗车辙性能却有所提高;在15%~25%的RAP掺量范围内,可以通过合理的原材料选择及级配设计来实现再生沥青混合料良好的路用性能。To reveal the key quality control technology of the plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture,the effect of mixing time and heating temperature of new aggregate on the voids of recycled asphalt mixture was studied using reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP)as the raw material,and the effect of RAP dosage on pavement performance was analyzed.The results showed that when the new aggregate temperature was 205°C and the RAP preheating temperature was 135°C,the mixing time of the recycled asphalt mixture should not be less than 130 s;the higher the RAP dosage,the higher temperature requirement for the new aggregate and the worse water stability and low-temperature crack resistance of the recycled asphalt mixture except that the rutting resistance was improved.The temperature of the new aggregate should be controlled at 205°C.In the range of 15%~25%RAP dosage,good pavement performance of the recycled asphalt mixture could be achieved through reasonable raw material selection and grading design.
