基于CiteSpace的针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:通过CiteSpace软件对近15年关于针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的相关文献进行分析,从而发现该领域的研究热点及趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中针刀治疗LDH的相关文献,时间跨度为2008年10月—2023年10月。利用CiteSpace软件对检索出的文献完成数据处理,并结合Excel软件从年度文献发表量、作者发文篇数、发文机构分布与合作程度、关键词等方面进行文献计量学分析。结果:共纳入757篇有效文献,年度文献发表量波动幅度较大,整体呈上升趋势。主要形成了以郭长青、付伟涛和张伟夫为核心的研究团队。在机构方面,北京中医药大学、湖南中医药大学的文献发表量较多,发文量前8位的机构均为中医药类高校,但彼此之间缺乏联系,分散程度高。主要以治疗方式和临床疗效为重点研究方向,近年该领域热点关键词以超声引导、安全性和中药为主。结论:当前研究热点主要是更为安全的可视化针刀疗法;2008年—2023年该领域取得了重大研究成果;但研究数量有限,需要更多的研究者和机构加入该领域;缺乏大规模、多中心研究团体,需要加强机构间合作沟通;研究类型侧重于针刀治疗LDH的临床研究,需要加强基础类实验研究。Objective:To analyze the relevant literature on acupotomy treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)in the past 15 years by using CiteSpace software,so as to find the research hotspot and trend in this field.Methods:The relevant literature of acupotomy treatment of LDH in CNKI was searched from October 2008 to October 2023.CiteSpace software was used to complete the data processing of the retrieved literature,and Excel software was combined to carry out bibliometric analysis from the aspects of annual publication volume,the number of published articles by authors,the distribution and cooperation degree of publishing institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 757 effective articles were included,and the annual publication volume fluctuated greatly,showing an overall upward trend.A research team with Guo Changqing,Fu Weitao and Zhang Weifu as the core was formed.In terms of institutions,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine published a lot of articles.The top 8 institutions were all universities of traditional Chinese medicine,but there was a lack of contact between each other and a high degree of dispersion.The main research direction was treatment mode and clinical effect.In recent years,the hot keywords in this field were ultrasonic guidance,safety and Chinese herbs.Conclusion:The current research focus is mainly on the safer visualized acupotomy therapy.Significant research achievements have been made in this field from 2008 to 2023.The number of studies is limited and more researchers and institutions are needed to join the field.There is a lack of large-scale,multi-center research groups,and it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation and communication between institutions.The research type focuses on clinical research of acupotomy for LDH,and basic experimental research needs to be strengthened.
