拔毒生肌散联合康复新液对单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察拔毒生肌散联合康复新液对单纯性肛瘘术后创面愈合的治疗效果。方法:选取60例单纯性肛瘘患者按随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组术后予以复方芩柏颗粒剂溶液熏洗坐浴,拔毒生肌散换药,试验组在对照组基础上用拔毒生肌散联合康复新液换药,观察各组患者临床疗效、创面肉芽生长评分、创面分泌物评分、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛评分等。结果:两组比较,试验组的临床疗效、创面愈合率更高,创面肉芽生长评分、创面分泌物评分、术后疼痛评分更低,创面愈合时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:拔毒生肌散联合康复新液对单纯性肛瘘术后创面的促愈效果肯定,可有效改善患者体验。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Badu Shengji Powder combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on wound healing after simple anal fistula operation.Methods:Sixty patients with simple anal fistula were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with fumigation and sit-bath with Compound Qinbai Granules solution and dressing change with Budu Shengji Powder after operation,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Badu Shengji Powder combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on the treatment basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,wound granulation growth score,wound secretion score,wound healing rate,wound healing time,and postoperative pain score were observed in each group.Results:When the control group was compared with the experimental group,the experimental group had higher clinical efficacy,higher wound healing rate,lower wound granulation growth score,wound secretion score,postoperative pain score,and shorter wound healing time.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:The combination of Badu Shengji Powder and Kangfuxin Liquid can promote the healing effect of the wound after simple anal fistula operation,and can effectively improve the patient experience.
