摘　　要：目的:探究针刺辅助治疗在腹腔镜修补胃十二指肠穿孔中的临床疗效。方法:63例胃十二指肠穿孔患者,随机分为对照组31例和观察组32例,对照组术后常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加针刺双侧曲池、合谷、内关、阴陵泉、足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚,1次/d,30 min/次,持续4 d。比较两组患者术后炎症指标C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、首次通气时间、通便时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症及不良事件。结果:观察组患者术后炎症指标恢复优于对照组,观察组患者术后首次通气时间、通便时间及住院时间明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜修补联合针刺治疗胃十二指肠穿孔临床疗效确切,可减少患者术后炎症反应,改善患者术后肠道功能恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture assisted treatment in laparoscopic repair of gastroduodenal perforation.Methods:63 patients with gastroduodenal perforation were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture at bilateral Quchi,Hegu,Neiguan,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Shangjuxu and Xiajuxu on the basis of routine treatment,once a day,30 min a time,for 4 days.The postoperative inflammatory markers C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),first ventilation time,defecation time,postoperative hospitalization time,postoperative complications and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative inflammation index recovery of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the first postoperative ventilation time,defecation time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gastroduodenal perforation has definite clinical effect,which can reduce postoperative inflammatory response and improve postoperative intestinal function recovery.
