摘 要:依托武汉某水厂开展中试探究炭砂滤池对水中常规污染物和嗅味物质的去除效果。中试滤柱总设计流量为15 m^(3)/h,正常滤速为8 m/h,滤料上层采用Φ1.5 mm颗粒活性炭,滤料下层采用0.95 mm石英砂。试验期间,最优炭砂组合比例的滤柱对浑浊度、高锰酸盐指数和氨的平均去除率可达77.22%、55.55%和39.12%,出水水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022);对臭和味的去除效果优于水厂砂滤池,出水清澈透明无异味;对藻类的平均去除率可达70.25%,与水厂砂滤池相当;对土臭素和2-甲基异莰醇的平均去除率可达95.83%和68.86%,出水浓度均低于其限值,去除效果明显优于水厂砂滤池。Based on a water treatment plant(WTP)in Wuhan,a pilot study was conducted to explore the removal effect of carbon-sand filters on conventional pollutants and odorants in water.The total design flow rate of the pilot filter column was 15 m/h,the normal filtration speed was 8 m/h.The upper layer of the filter material adopted@1.5 mm granular activated carbon,the lower layer of the filter material was made of 0.95 mm quartz sand.During the experiment,the optimal carbon sand combination ratio of the filter column achieved an average removal rate of 77.22%,55.55%,and 39.12%for turbidity,permanganate index,and ammonia.The effluent quality was better than that of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022).The removal effect of odor and odor is better than that of sand filters in WTPs,and the finished water was clear,transparent,and odorless.The average removal rate of algae could reach 70.25%,which was equivalent to that of sand filters in WTPs.The average removal rates of soil odor and 2-methylisoborneol can reach 95.83%and 68.86%,and the finished water concentration was below its limit.The removal effect was significantly better than that of the sand filter in the WTP.
