摘 要:纳滤膜具有低能耗、高选择性、高通量等优点,在污水资源化利用中有广泛的应用潜力。然而目前纳滤膜在城镇污水再生利用方面的工程应用较少。以上海市某污水处理厂出水为研究对象,采用纳滤膜对其进行污水资源化利用试验探索,分析纳滤膜对城市污水再生利用中常规污染物和抗生素的去除效果。试验结果表明,纳滤膜在城镇污水资源化利用中具有显著的污染物去除能力,尤其是在去除难降解有机物和抗生素方面,对COD_(Cr)的去除率达到50%以上,14种抗生素在经过纳滤膜处理后浓度可降低至检出限以下;通过对比纳滤膜处理出水水质指标与再生水相关标准限值之间的差异发现,纳滤膜出水能够满足再生水相关标准要求,但纳滤对总氮的截留不足限制了纳滤的应用范围,膜污染和结构问题也需要通过技术手段解决。因此,在实际应用中,需结合污水资源化利用目标考虑采用纳滤膜工艺的必要性和经济性。Nanofiltration membranes exhibit advantages such as low energy consumption,high selectivity,and high throughput,demonstrating significant potential for widespread application in the field of wastewater resource recovery.However,their deployment in engineering projects concerning the reuse of municipal wastewater remains relatively scarce.This study focused on the effluent from a specific wastewater treatment facility in Shanghai,employing nanofiltration technology to conduct experimental research on wastewater resource recovery.The study meticulously evaluated the efficacy of nanofiltration membranes in removing typical urban wastewater contaminants and antibiotics.The results showed that nanofiltration membrane had significant pollutant removal ability in urban wastewater resource utilization,especially in the removal of refractory organic matter and antibiotics,and the removal rate of CODcr reached more than 50%.The concentrations of 14 kinds of antibiotics could be reduced below the detection limit after nanofiltration membrane treatment,and by comparing the differences between the water quality index of nanofiltration membrane treatment and the relevant standard limit of reclaimed water,it was found that the effluent of nanofiltration membrane could meet the requirements of reclaimed water,but the insufficient retention of total nitrogen by nanofiltration limited the application scope of nanofiltration,and the membrane fouling and structural problems also needed to be solved by technical means.Therefore,in practical application,it is necessary to consider the necessity and economy of nanofiltration membrane process in combination with the goal of wastewater resource utilization.
