摘 要:2020年,随着上海市白龙港污水处理厂污泥处理处置二期工程建成投运,白龙港厂污泥处理系统的处理规模达486 t DS/d,为国内乃至亚洲最大的城镇污泥“厌氧消化+干化焚烧”处理系统,厌氧消化和干化焚烧工艺相结合的污泥处理路线并大规模工程应用在国内尚属首次。文章结合污泥厌氧消化系统大修停运前后,对该污泥处理系统中脱水、干化、焚烧运行情况的影响进行了分析比对,包括污泥性质、处理量、运行成本等方面。结果表明,对于该系统而言,污泥厌氧消化工艺有利于污泥干化焚烧的经济、稳定运行,对污泥处理系统碳减排、碳中和具有非常重要的作用,符合绿色、循环、低碳、生态的要求。In 2020,with the completion and operation of the second phase of the sludge treatment and disposal project of Shanghai Bailongang wastewater treatment plant(WWTP),the treatment scale of the sludge treatment system of Bailongang WWTP can reach 486 t DS/d,which is the largest urban sludge anaerobic digestion coupled dry incineration treatment system in China and even Asia.It is the first time in China that the sludge treatment route combined with anaerobic digestion and dry incineration process has been applied in such large-scale engineering.The paper analyzes and compares the effects of dewatering,drying and incineration operation of the sludge anaerobic digestion system before and after the overhaul and shutdown,including sludge properties,processing capacity and operating costs.The results showed that for the system,the sludge anaerobic digestion process is conducive to the economic and stable operation of sludge drying and incineration.It plays a very important role in carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality of sludge treatment system,and meets the requirements of green,circular,low-carbon and ecological.
