摘 要:厌氧消化工艺因具有良好的污泥稳定化、减量化、资源化特性而在市政污泥处理中得到广泛应用,而“热水解+高含固厌氧消化”工艺具有减少厌氧消化系统占地和投资、大幅提升厌氧消化效率的特点,该工艺可彻底实现污泥无害化,更好实现污泥减量化、稳定化和资源化,在市政污泥处理应用中具有广阔前景。文章依托国内“热水解+高含固厌氧消化”工艺实际工程案例,对工艺流程和各系统组成进行梳理和分析,梳理工艺设计关键参数,并对该工艺的特点及设计要点进行分析,为类似项目的工程设计提供参考。Anaerobic digestion is a widely used municipal sludge treatment process with great capability of sludge stabilization,reduction and reutilization.The""thermal hydrolysis+anaerobic digestion with high-solid content"process can reduce floor area and investment and improve processing efficiency of anerobic digestion system,which makes it performs better in sludge hygienization,stabilization,reduction and reutilization than regular anaerobic digestion process.It has the potential to be widely used in sludge treatment.This paper introduces the"thermal hydrolysis+anaerobic digestion with high-solid content"process practical engineering case,and describes the technical process and the components of each system,points out key parameters for each system,analyzes the key points of design and provides reference for similar projects.
