摘 要:随着《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)的实施,越来越多的农药纳入了饮用水水质监测,但与之相配套的检测方法尚不完善。文章建立了快速且同时测定水中敌百虫、甲基硫菌灵、西草净、甲霜灵、稻瘟灵、氟乐灵6种农药的直接进样-液相色谱串联质谱检测方法,样品经聚四氟乙烯滤膜过滤后进入液相色谱串联质谱仪进行检测,检出限为0.02~3.1μg/L。纯水回收率为60.5%~120.3%,精密度为0.5%~6.2%;饮用水回收率为69.3%~129.8%,精密度为0.4%~7.5%;地表水回收率为75.1%~127.2%,精密度为0.5%~5.1%。试验中考察了4种不同滤膜对方法回收率的影响,最终确定选用聚四氟乙烯过滤材料。本方法检测效率高、可靠性好,适用于饮用水及地表水的常规以及应急检测。With the implementation of the Standards of Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022),more and more pesticides have been included in drinking water quality monitoring which haven't efficient detection methods.Thus,a fast detection method including 6 pesticides(trichlorfon,thiophanate-methyl,simetryne,metalaxyl,isoprothiolane and trifluralin)was established.Samples were detected bydirect injection-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometryafter being filtered by PTFE membrane.Detection limits of this method were ranged from 0.02μg/L to 3.1μg/L.The method recoveries were 60.5%~120.3%in pure water,69.3%~129.8%in drinking water and 75.1%~127.2%in surface water.Relative standard deviation were 0.5%~6.2%in pure water,0.4%-7.5%in drinking water and 0.5%~5.1%in surface water.Four differentfilter membranes were tested on the effect of method recoveriesand the PTFE membrane was selected.The method can well applied in routine and emergency detectionof drinking water and surface water with high efficiency and reliability.
