摘 要:高炉炼铁处于长流程钢铁冶炼生产工艺中的关键环节,高炉煤气是炼铁过程副产的重要二次能源,通常在高炉热风炉、轧钢加热炉和自备电厂煤气发电等生产工序进行燃烧利用。高炉煤气精脱硫技术的工程应用作为钢铁行业进行源头减排的典型实施方案具有非常重要的意义,国家与地方相关部门对于高炉煤气脱硫技术的应用也明确提出了最新要求。结合高炉煤气组分复杂、工况波动的特征和硫组分形态不同、有机硫为主的含硫特点以及不同脱硫技术的主要特点,重点分析了针对煤气中硫化氢的脱除方法、羰基硫的脱除方法以及硫化氢和羰基硫的一体化脱除方法,并通过对近年来钢铁行业高炉煤气精脱硫技术的工程应用现状调研,进一步对高炉煤气精脱硫技术后续的研发方向和工程应用等方面提出了几点建议。Blast furnace ironmaking is the key link in the long process of iron and steel smelting production.Blast furnace gas is an important secondary energy produced as a by-product in the production process of blast furnace ironmaking.It is usually used in the production processes of blast furnace hot blast furnace,steel rolling heating furnace and self-provided power plant gas power generation.The engineering application of blast furnace gas fine desulfurization technology is of great significance as a typical implementation plan for source emission reduction in iron and steel industry.The relevant national and local departments have clearly put forward the latest requirements for the application of blast furnace gas desulfurization technology.The removal methods of hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfur,and the integrated removal methods of hydrogen sulfide and carbonyl sulfur in the gas are analyzed based on the characteristics of complex components and fluctuating working conditions of blast furnace gas,the different forms of sulfur components,the sulfur containing characteristics of organic sulfur and the main characteristics of different desulphurization technologies.Based on the investigation of the current engineering application of BF gas desulfurization technology in iron and steel industry in recent years,some suggestions on the future development direction and engineering application of BF gas desulfurization technology are put forward.
