摘  要:随着经济的快速发展,城市工业集聚带来的环境风险与高密度居住人群间的矛盾日益突出,近年来国内外突发环境事件时有发生,深圳市作为特大城市之一,建立以区域环境风险评估为基础的环境风险管控体系之重要性不言而喻。文章以深圳市光明区区域环境风险评估工作为例,根据区域现状特征,基于GIS技术识别光明区的环境风险源,环境风险受体,以及水、大气和综合环境风险热点区域,采用环境风险指数计算法确定评估单元风险等级,提出区域环境风险管控对策。With the rapid development of the economy.The contradiction between the environmental risks brought by urban industrial agglomeration and high-density residential populations has been increasingly prominent.In recent years,unexpected environmental events have occurred frequently both domestically and internationally.As one of the mega cities,the importance of establishing an environmental risk management system based on regional environmental risk assessment in Shenzhen is self-evident.Taking the regional environmental risk assessment of Guangming District of Shenzhen City as an example,this paper identifies environmental risk enterprises,environmental risk receptors,the water,atmosphere and synthetical hot environmental risk areas in Guangming District based on GIS technology and the current characteristics,determines the risk level of the assessment unit by using the environmental risk index calculation method,and proposes regional environmental risk management and control countermeasures.
