摘　　要：大数据时代,一个健康、绿色、文明、有序的网络舆情生态能为高校功能的正常运转带来重要效用。高校网络舆情生态系统是指基于高校治理框架,在网络热点事件的衍生发展过程中涉及的网络舆情主体、网络舆情客体、网络舆情介体、网络舆情环体等要素相互影响、相互作用而形成的网络信息生态系统。文章基于生态学理论,从内生动力和外推动力两个方面探究了大数据时代高校网络舆情生态系统的构建逻辑,并从衍生形成机制、传播扩散机制、发酵成长机制、调解应对机制、复盘总结机制五方面全面分析了高校网络舆情生态系统的运行机制;并且从法治保障、文化氛围、协同治理、技术服务、队伍培育等方面探讨高校网络舆情生态系统的治理策略。In the era of big data,a healthy,green,civilized and orderly online public opinion ecosystem can bring important benefits to the normal operation of university functions.The university network public opinion ecosystem refers to the network information ecosystem formed by the mutual influence and interaction of factors such as subjects,objects,intermediaries,and environment of network public opinion involved in the derivative development process of network hot events based on the university governance framework.Based on ecological theory,this study explores the construction logic of the university online public opinion ecosystem in the era of big data from two aspects:endogenous power and external driving force.It comprehensively analyzes the operational mechanism of the university online public opinion ecosystem from five aspects:derivative formation mechanism,dissemination and diffusion mechanism,fermentation growth mechanism,mediation and response mechanism,and review and summary mechanism.It explores governance strategies for the online public opinion ecosystem of universities from the perspectives of legal protection,cultural atmosphere,collaborative governance,technical services,and team cultivation.
