摘 要:对落水人员及时定位是海上救生的关键。目前现有救生装备无法完成及时定位任务。以无人船为载体[1],结合天基智能网联系统,设计PREA宏观指挥和OODA微观调整的双环嵌套救生模式。该模式下无人船实现相应改装设计,能够基于天基智联卫星实时更新环境数据,辅助救援指挥决策,实现对落水人员快速定位,提高搜救效率。最后对无人船救生定位功能进行模拟仿真,研究成果对于海上救生效率的提高有积极意义。Timely positioning of personnel falling into the water is the key to rescue at sea.At present,the existing life-saving equipment cannot complete the timely positioning task.Taking the unmanned ship as the carrier,combined with the space-based in-telligent networking system,the double loop nested life-saving mode of PREA macro command and OODA micro adjustment is de-signed.In this mode,the unmanned ship can realize the corresponding refitting design,update the environmental data in real time based on the space-based intelligent link satellite,assist the rescue command decision-making,realize the rapid positioning of the person in the water,and improve the search and rescue efficiency.Finally,the simulation of the rescue positioning function of the unmanned ship is carried out,and the research results have positive significance for the improvement of the rescue efficiency at sea.
