摘　　要：高职院校学生党员教育管理是培养学生政治素质的重要手段。目前,高职学生党员教育管理存在内容单一化、体制机制不健全、形式缺乏新颖性等问题,需要围绕高质量发展目标、教育和管理机制创新、队伍建设、平台搭建等方面,探索构建“1+2+3+4”高职院校学生党员教育管理机制。Education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges is an important means to cultivate studentspolitical quality.At present,there are problems in the education and management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges,such as simple content,imperfect system and mechanism,and lack of novelty in form.This paper focuses on high-quality development goals,education and management mechanism innovation,team construction,platform construction and other aspects to explore the construction of“1+2+3+4”education and management mechanism for student Party members in higher vocational colleges.
