摘  要:随着现代产品设计日益多样化,传统密封垫圈存在需要开模成型,难以适应异形产品需求,在实际应用中不够灵活的问题。针对这一现状,以HTPB、N-220、IPDI和HEA合成了一种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体,并进一步制备了一款紫外光固化胶粘剂。测试了该胶粘剂的固化特征曲线、力学性能、压缩密封特性,结果表明此光固化胶粘剂具有极佳的固化成型效率,并且具有良好的力学性能和密封性能,可代替传统密封垫圈。With the increasing diversification of modern product design,the traditional sealing gasket needs to be molded,which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of special-shaped products and is not flexible enough in practical application.In view of this situation,a polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized with HTPB,N-220,IPDI and HEA.With this prepolymer,a UV curing adhesive was further prepared.The curing characteristic curve,mechanical properties and compression sealing characteristics of the adhesive were tested.The result showed that the UV curable adhesive had excellent curing efficiency,good mechanical properties and sealing properties so that it could replace the traditional sealing gasket.
