摘  要:基于硼氢化钾逐出,高锰酸钾吸收而提取砷的砷锑钼蓝分光光度法,通过优化流路、流程、消解及显色反应条件等,实现在砷自动在线监测仪行业标准对Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型的要求,系统地对分析仪的性能进行了测试。测量范围为0~0.2 mg/L和0~1.0 mg/L,准确度在±5%以内,精密度1.48%,检出限0.000 8 mg/L,零点漂移0.30%,量程漂移2.10%,加标回收率89.0%~117.4%,离子干扰磷、锑、铋、铅在0.01 mg/L 100倍以内都没有干扰,比对砷浓度0.05 mg/L左右实际水样,相对误差在±5%以内。分析仪可满足砷监测各种场景下的在线或自动化测试需求。The arsenic antimony molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method for extracting arsenic based on potassium borohydride extraction and potassium permanganate absorption was developed.By optimizing the flow path,process,digestion,and color reaction conditions,the requirements for Type I and Type II in the industry standard for automatic online arsenic monitoring instruments were met.The performance of the analyzer was systematically tested.The measurement range was 0~0.2 mg/L and 0~1.0 mg/L,the accuracy was within±5%,the precision was 1.48%,the detection limit was 0.0008 mg/L,the zero drift was 0.30%,the range drift was 2.10%,the recovery rate was 89.0%~117.4%.Phosphorus,antimony,bismuth and lead had no interference within 100 times of 0.01 mg/L,and the relative error of the actual water sample was between±10%,compared with the water sample with the arsenic concentration of about 0.05 mg/L.The analyzer can meet the needs of online or automatic testing in various scenarios of arsenic monitoring.
