摘  要:以石墨炉-原子吸收法为手段,对格锐化妆品级云母粉GH-306进行了重金属铅含量检测。以微波消解法对样品进行前处理,优化了消解液配制方法,得出以6 mL盐酸、2 mL硝酸和1 mL氢氟酸配制的消解液可将云母粉完全消解,所测数据最稳定,其中GH-306铅含量为2.613 mg/kg,小于法规要求的10 mg/kg,相对标准偏差RSD<3%,回收率为96%~102%。这表明该方法可满足企业日常生产化妆品级云母粉时重金属铅的内部检测,同时该云母粉可安全应用于各类化妆品产品中。The heavy metal lead content of Grea Corporation cosmetics grade mica powder GH-306 was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption method.The sample was pre-treated with microwave digestion method,and the preparation method of digestion solution was optimized.It was concluded that the digestion solution prepared with 6 mL hydrochloric acid,2 mL nitric acid and 1 mL hydrofluoric acid could completely dissolve the mica powder,and the measured data was the most stable.The GH-306 lead content was 2.613 mg/kg,which was less than the 10 mg/kg required by law,RSD<3%,and the recoveries were 96%~102%.These results showed that the method could meet the requirements for the internal detection of heavy metal lead in the daily production of cosmetic grade mica powder,and the mica powder could be safely used in various cosmetic products.
