全混式和推流式生化反应器联合处理石化废水

摘  要:石化废水组成较复杂,主要含油、硫、氮和酚及其它有机污染物,针对石化废水水质波动大的特点,采用全混式和推流式好氧生化反应器联合处理该类废水。实验研究了全混式和推流式好氧生化反应器的曝气时间和溶解氧,曝气时间分别为12 h和8 h,溶解氧分别为2 mg/L和3 mg/L。应用该反应器处理石化废水,出水水质的主要污染指标COD、氨氮和石油类分别为47 mg/L、3.6 mg/L和1.6 mg/L。Petrochemical wastewater mainly contains oil,sulfur,nitrogen,phenol and other organic pollutants.In view of large fluctuation of water quality in petrochemical wastewater,completely mixed and horizontal sliding biochemical reactor was adopted to treat the said kind of wastewater.The effects of HRT and dissolved oxygen to the reactor were studied.HRT of both were 12 h and 8 h respectively,dissolved oxygen of both were 2 and 3 mg/L respectively.The mass concentration of COD,nitrogen and petroleum in the effluent water were 47,3.6 and 1.6 mg/L respectively by the reactor.
