摘　　要：结合组合式分离器特点设计了一套组合式分离器盲板启闭装置和滤芯拆装工具,其中盲板启闭装置利用了组合式分离结构特点,采用“两瓣式抱紧”固定底座、可拆卸360°旋转吊臂支架、升降液压缸、叠加式液控单向阀、双向单作用手动泵组成,可以实现分离器盲板单人启闭操作;滤芯拆装工具采用铝合金材质,主要由外六角自压紧套筒扳手、棘轮传动三爪臂及可延长操作杆组成,该工具可以实现在分离外部进行滤芯拆装作业。Based on the characteristics of the combined separator,a set of combined separator blind plate lifting device and filter disassembling tools were designed.Using the combination separation structure,adopting the modular design,the blind plate lifting device by“two disc type hold”fixed base,removable 360°rotating arm bracket,lifting hydraulic cylinder,the superposition type hydraulic control one-way valve,bidirectional single-acting hand pump,was possible to the operation for a single man.The disassembly and assembly tool of filter element was made of aluminum alloy,which was mainly composed of external hexagonal self-pressing socket wrench,ratchet drive three-claw arm and extendable operating rod.The tool can realize disassembly and assembly operation of filter element entering outside separation.
