缓蚀剂对气田海底管道的保护性能模拟研究

摘  要:某新建海上气田A井油藏测试临时改变了物流海底管道,导致物流介质及物流环境产生变化,有必要研究缓蚀剂对气田海底管道的保护性能。通过实验表明:高水气比和地层水工况下,腐蚀速率较高,缓蚀剂无法满足高水气比工况;正常水气比和冷凝水工况下,未添加缓蚀剂,随着流量的增加,腐蚀速率呈现上升趋势,随着缓蚀剂加注浓度的增加,腐蚀速率呈现下降趋势。缓蚀剂加注浓度500 ppm条件下,当输气量控制在58万方/天以内时,腐蚀速率可控制0.71 mm/a。实验结果为油藏测试提供了参考依据。It is necessary to study the effectiveness of corrosion inhibitor because the reservoir testing of well in a new offshore gas field temporarily changed the flow channel which accompanied by the change of logistics medium and logistics environment.The experimental results showed that the corrosion rate was still high under two kinds of flow conditions with high water gas ratio and formation water,which can not meet the high water gas ratio condition.Without adding the inhibitor,the corrosion rate increased with the normal water air ratio and condensate water condition.The corrosion rate showed an upward trend,with the increase of inhibitor concentration,the corrosion rate showed a downward trend.The corrosion rate can be controlled to 0.71 mm/a when the gas transmission volume was controlled within 580000 m3 at 500 ppm.The experimental results provided a reference for reservoir testing.
