摘 要:基于同向双螺杆熔融共混生产工艺,以典型的车用聚丙烯复合材料为基础,对比了不同的挤出机螺杆组合和挤出工艺对聚烯烃弹性体增韧聚丙烯材料的力学性能和虎皮纹效果的影响。对螺杆组合的筛选结果表明,使用12 mm厚度的剪切块和ZME分布元件,复合材料的物理力学性能和外观效果表现最好。对挤出工艺的筛选结果表明:挤出温度230℃,转速700 rpm,产能60 kg/h是最优化的挤出工艺。通过对螺杆组合和工艺的优化,可以得到高流动、高刚性、良好外观效果的聚丙烯复合材料。Based on the melt blending process,the effects of different screw combinations and extrusion processes on the mechanical properties and flow mark effects of polypropylene were compared.The screening of screw combinations showed that the optimized mechanical properties and flow mark effect could be obtained when 12 mm shear blocks and ZME elements were used in screw combinations.The test showed that the best extrusion temperature was 230℃,the best rotation speed was 700 rpm and the best production capacity was 60 kg/h.Through the optimization of screw combination and process,polypropylene composites with high flow,high rigidity and good appearance could be obtained.
