摘  要:随着锂离子电池技术的快速发展,锂离子电池产业迎来爆发式增长,正极材料是影响电池性能的关键因素之一,而分析测试是保证锂电池正极材料质量和性能的必要手段,锂电池正极材料分析测试方法的标准化工作对于锂电池行业的健康可持续发展具有重要意义。本文从化学成分分析、物理性能测试、电化学性能测试等3个方面全面总结了锂离子电池正极材料分析测试标准化建设现状,指出了标准化工作存在的问题,并对未来的完善方向提出了若干建议。With the rapid development of lithium-ion battery technology,the lithium-ion battery industry ushered in explosive growth,cathode material is one of the key factors affecting battery performance,analysis and testing is the necessary means to ensure the quality and performance of lithium-ion battery cathode material.The standardization work of analysis and testing methods for lithium-ion battery cathode material is of great significance for the healthy and sustainable development of the lithium-ion battery industry.This paper comprehensively summarizes the current status of standardization construction for the analysis and testing of lithium-ion battery cathode materials from three aspects of chemical composition analysis,physical performance testing,and electrochemical performance testing,points out the existing problems in standardization work,and puts forward several suggestions for future improvement directions.
