穴位按摩联合赋能教育在肠造口患儿家庭护理中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位按摩联合赋能教育在肠造口患儿家庭护理中的应用价值。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例肠造口患儿及其主要照护人分为观察组及对照组,每组共30对肠造口患儿及照护者。其中对照组接受常规健康宣教,观察组在此基础上接受中医穴位按摩联合赋能教育,比较两组患儿主要照护人的自我效能感、照护能力及患儿肠造口相关并发症。结果:经护理干预后,观察组患儿主要照护人自我效能感及护理能力均高于对照组患儿主要照护人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家庭护理过程中造口相关并发症发生率为16.67%(5/30),低于对照组的53.33%(16/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位按摩联合赋能教育能有效提高肠造口患儿主要照护人的护理能力及自我效能感,进而确保患儿的家庭护理效果与安全性。Objective:To observe the application value of acupoint massage combined with empowerment education in family nursing of children with enterostomy.Methods:A total of 60 children with enterostomy and their main caregivers were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 pairs of children with enterostomy and their caregivers in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with empowerment education on this basis.The self-efficacy,care ability and enterostomy-related complications of the main caregivers of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the self-efficacy and nursing ability of the main caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of stoma-related complications in the observation group was 16.67%(5/30),which was lower than 53.33%(16/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupoint massage combined with empowerment education can effectively improve the nursing ability and self-efficacy of the main caregivers of children with enterostomy,and then ensure the family nursing effect and safety of children.
