摘　　要：以晋唐时期文献为基础,分析妒乳的疾病特征及其证治。妒乳是一种乳汁淤积导致的以乳房局部疼痛为主要临床特征的疾病。妒乳的病因病机为乳汁淤积,风热侵袭,导致气血瘀滞,乳络不通,不通则痛。该时期妒乳的治疗特色鲜明,以多种剂型的内治法和丰富的外治法为主,推崇清热毒、散痈结,简便验廉,并首创手法排乳,重视预后。Based on the literature in Jin and Tang dynasties,the disease characteristics of Duru and its syndrome and treatment were analyzed.Duru is a condition caused by milk stasis in which local pain in the breast is the main clinical feature.The etiology and pathogenesis of Duru is milk stasis and wind and heat invasion,resulting in stagnation of Qi and blood,obstruction of milk channels,and pain if it is not passed.During this period,the treatment of Duru was distinctive,mainly based on a variety of internal treatment methods and external treatment methods with a variety of dosage forms.It advocated clearing heat and toxins,dispersing carbuncle nodules,which was simple and inexpensive.It also pioneered the technique of breast drainage,and emphasizing prognosis.
