摘 要:以A洗煤厂为例,简要介绍了洗煤设备常见机电故障的处理方法。具体研究中先从询问调查、现场排查、确定成因3个环节说明洗煤机电设备的故障排除流程,由此确定洗煤机电设备故障成因,并根据洗煤设备常见机电故障,介绍了相应的故障处理方法。为确认相关方法的可行性,将机电故障处理方法应用于A洗煤厂生产实践中,进而证明这些机电故障处理方法具有较高的应用价值。Taking A Coal Washing Plant as an example,this paper briefly introduced the treatment methods of common electromechanical faults in coal washing equipment.In the specific research,it explained the troubleshooting process of coal washing electromechanical equipment from three aspects:inquiry and investigation,on-site investigation,and determination of the cause.Based on this,it determined the causes of coal washing electromechanical equipment faults and introduced the corresponding fault handling methods according to common electromechanical faults of coal washing equipment.
