摘 要:综采工作面顶板控制对于安全开采十分重要。结合407工作面的实际情况,分析了回采过程中采用的顶板控制技术。首先,对工作面顶板进行支护设计,主要包括支护设备和支护强度的确定;然后,探讨了回采过程中采用的顶板控制方式,主要包括顶板管理、端头支护、超前支护和退锚方法;最后,探讨了回采过程中的矿压观测内容和方法,并进行矿压分析。可以为综采工作面回采过程顶板控制提供一定的技术参考。The roof control of fully-mechanized mining face is very important for safe mining.Combined with the actual situation of 407 working face,the roof control technology used in the mining process was analyzed.Firstly,the support design of the working face roof was carried out,including the determination of support equipment and support strength;then,the roof control methods used in the mining process were discussed,including the roof management end support,advance support and unanchoring process method;finally,the content and methods of ore pressure observation in mining process were discussed,and the mine pressure was analyzed.It can provide some technical reference for the roof control in the process of fully-mechanized mining face.
