摘 要:托辊是矿用带式输送机中重要的承重部件,而托辊轴承故障则是引发带式输送机故障的重要因素,因此,对矿用带式输送机托辊轴承故障诊断与监测技术进行研究具有重要意义。基于此,探讨了矿用带式输送机托辊轴承故障诊断与监测技术的现状,分析了已有技术存在的问题,并对该技术的发展趋势进行了总结,为矿用带式输送机托辊轴承故障诊断与监测技术的研究及应用提供了参考。Carrier rollers are important load-bearing parts in mine belt conveyors.The failure of carrier roller bearing is an important factor leading to the failure of belt conveyor,so the research on the fault diagnosis and monitoring technology of belt conveyor carrier roller bearing has important practical significance.Based on this,the present situation of fault diagnosis and monitoring technology of mine belt conveyor carrier roller bearing was reviewed in detail,the main problems of existing technology were analyzed,and the development trend of this technology was summarized,which provides a reference for the research and application of the fault diagnosis and monitoring technology of the mine belt conveyor carrier roller bearing.
