摘 要:长平煤业五盘区5308首采工作面采用重型放顶煤工艺开采,由于埋深大、底板直接底为泥岩,单体支柱穿底,两顺槽超前巷道帮鼓、底鼓严重,传统的单体柱配金属梁超前支护形式不能满足安全高效生产需要,急需探讨科学有效的新型超前支护技术。基于此,提出以“预应力注浆锚索补强”为技术核心的回采巷道超前支护技术。结果证明,以“预应力注浆锚索补强”为技术核心的超前支护技术可变被动支护为主动支护,能够提高顶板整体强度,改善巷道围岩条件,创造了安全舒适的作业环境。The 5308 first mining face in the fifth panel of Changping Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is mined by heavy top-coal caving technology.Due to the large buried depth and the direct floor is mudstone,the single columns broke through the floor,and the walls and floor of advanced roadway of the two crossheadings were seriously caved.The traditional advanced support form of single column with metal beam cannot meet the needs of safe and efficient production,and it is urgent to explore a scientific and effective new advance support technology.Based on this,the advanced support technology of mining roadway with"prestressed grouting cable reinforcement"as the technical core was proposed.The results show that the proposed advanced technology can transform passive support into active support,and can improve the overall strength of the roof,improve the surrounding rock conditions of the roadway,and create a safe and comfortable working environment.
