摘 要:从重庆市接受督察的角度出发,为解决国家督察机构、省市、区县之间信息传递效率低、工作不规范、资料散乱等问题,基于国土调查云平台,分析梳理了督察业务流程,开展了督察工作规范化设计,详细探讨了土地资源督察一体化、闭环式的系统建设思路。以此为基础,建立了服务于国家督察机构、省市、区县三级的土地资源督察信息系统及外业核查软件,有效提升了土地资源督察工作的规范性、真实性和时效性,强化了各节点土地资源督察问题发现和问题整改的能力。From the perspective of accepting inspections in Chongqing,in order to solve the problems of low information transmission efficiency,non-standard work and scattered data among the national supervision institutions,provinces and cities,districts and counties,based on the land survey cloud platform,this paper analyzes and sort outs the supervision business process,carries out the standardized design of supervision work,and discusses in detail the idea of integrated and closed-loop system construction of land resources supervision.On this basis,a land resources supervision information system and field verification software serving national supervision institutions,provinces and cities,districts and counties have been established,which has effectively improved the standardization,authenticity and timeliness of land resources supervision,and strengthened the ability of land resources supervision at all nodes to find and rectify problems.
