摘  要:为保证速度160 km/h刚性悬挂接触网的安全稳定运行,其关键零部件的选型和技术参数至关重要。文章基于有限元分析法对刚性悬挂接触网关键性部件进行详细建模和分析,并通过模拟实际工况下的载荷时域特性,获得各种载荷情况的详细数据。在此基础上,采用载荷疲劳理论和静力学仿真方法,深入分析关键部件在不同工况下的受力情况及其抗载荷极限能力。分析结果不仅揭示关键部件在实际运行中的性能表现,还为优化设计和选材提供科学依据。同时通过多次迭代仿真计算,确定关键部件的最佳材料和几何参数,使其在长期运行中能够有效抵抗疲劳破坏和突发载荷。实验验证,经过优化设计的关键部件在实际应用中表现出优异的稳定性和耐久性,该研究成果可为未来更高速度的悬挂系统设计奠定坚实的理论和实践基础,以确保列车高速运行时的可靠性和安全性。To ensure the safe and stable operation of the 160 km/h rigid suspension contact system,the selection and technical parameters of its key components are crucial.This study is based on the finite-element analysis method to model the key components of the rigid suspension contact system.Based on the time-domain characteristics of load under measured working conditions,the ultimate load-bearing capacity of key components was analyzed through load fatigue theory and static simulation.The analysis results not only reveal the performance of key components in actual operation,but also provide a scientific basis for optimizing design and material selection.Meanwhile,through multiple iterations of simulation calculations,the optimal materials and geometric parameters of key components are determined to effectively resist fatigue failure and sudden loads during long-term operation.Experimental verification shows that the optimized key components exhibit excellent stability and durability in practical applications.This achievement can lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the design of higher-speed suspension systems in the future,ensuring the reliability and safety of train operations at high speed.
