摘 要:在地铁行业中,站台门系统不仅可以保障乘客的安全,还可以为乘客提供舒适的候车环境,而站台门的电源系统是其重要组成部分之一,当站台门电源系统出现异常,如驱动母线电压过低、驱动母线绝缘不平衡、控制电源异常、UPS蓄电池组异常,会直接导致站台门系统故障,从而影响乘客乘降,情况严重时还会对地铁的安全运营造成威胁。基于该原因,文章对地铁站台门系统的门机电源可靠性进行深入分析,并结合既有线路运营情况提出相应的解决思路与优化方案,该方案不仅能提高站台门门机电源的可靠性,还可降低站台门设备故障率,对站台门设备的稳定运行起到积极作用。In the metro industry,the application of platform screen door systems not only ensures the safety of passengers,but also provides a comfortable waiting environment for passengers.The power supply system of the platform screen doors is one of its important components.When the power supply system of the platform screen doors is abnormal,such as driving bus low voltage,bus insulation unbalance,control power abnormalities,UPS batteries abnormalities,etc.,it will directly cause the platform screen door system to work improperly,thereby affecting boarding and landing.In severe cases,it will also affect the safe operation of the metro.Based on this,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the reliability of the power supply for the platform screen door mechanical drive system and proposes corresponding solutions and optimization plans in combination with the operation of existing lines.This plan not only improves the reliability of the power supply for the platform screen door mechanical drive system,but also reduces the failure rate of the station platform screen door equipment,playing a positive role in the stable operation of the platform screen door equipment.
