摘 要:银铟合金废料的综合回收具有重要的意义,采用电解法在实现分离的同时可得到高纯度的银。考察了电流密度、电解液初始银浓度、pH值对电解效率的影响,溶液和银粉中含铟量随电解时间的变化,以及电解废液中银的回收。获得的最佳电解工艺条件为初始电解液初始Ag+浓度100g/L,电解液pH为1,初始温度25℃,电流密度350A/m^(2),电解周期控制在6天内,银回收率大于99%,得到的银粉符合IC-Ag99.99的要求。工艺操作简单,回收率高,适用于银铟合金废料中银的回收。The comprehensive recovery of silver-indium alloy scrap is of great significance.In the present study,electrolysis was used to recover silver from the silver-indium alloy scrap.Effects of the current density,initial silver concentration in the electrolyte and pH value on electrolysis efficiency were investigated,and the changes of indium content in the solution and in the yielded silver powder with the electrolysis time were also explored.In addition,the recovery of residual silver in the electrolytic waste liquid was studied.The optimal conditions for the electrolysis process were established including an initial Ag+concentration of 100 g/L,an electrolyte pH of 1,an initial temperature of 25℃,a current density of 350 A/m^(2),an electrolysis cycle of 6 days.Under these conditions,a silver recovery rate of greater than 99%was achieved and the product of silver powder meets the requirements of IC-Ag 99.99.
