摘 要:通过研究碧流河水库浮游植物群落结构季节性变化特征,并采用冗余分析(RDA),分析浮游植物与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:碧流河水库浮游植物优势种以硅藻门、蓝藻门和隐藻门为主,且季节性变化明显,其中硅藻门与蓝藻门存在竞争关系。RDA分析显示,硅藻门、蓝藻门、甲藻门和隐藻门与水体环境因子及水文气象因素呈现出不同的相关性,为预防和控制水华现象提供了重要信息,研究结果对于水库管理和保护水质具有重要意义。By studying the seasonal variations in the community structure of phytoplankton in the Biliuhe Reservoir and employing redundancy analysis(RDA),the relationship between phytoplankton and environmental factors is analyzed.The results indicate that the dominant species of phytoplankton in the Biliuhe Reservoir mainly belong to the diatoms,cyanobacteria,and cryptophytes,showing significant seasonal variations.Diatoms and cyanobacteria exhibit competitive relationships.RDA analysis reveals that diatoms,cyanobacteria,dinoflagellates,and cryptophytes exhibit different correlations with environmental factors and hydro-meteorological factors.This provides important information for preventing and controlling algal bloom phenomena,and the research findings are of significant importance for reservoir management and water quality protection.
