摘 要:为提升郑州市贾鲁河的防洪能力,在不改变贾鲁河现状断面的情况下,使贾鲁河中牟城区段防洪标准由50年一遇提高至100年一遇,拟实施七里河分洪工程,以减少七里河入贾鲁河的洪水,但分洪工程的实施势必会对周边水体产生影响。本文从分洪工程实施前后对提升贾鲁河防洪能力、有效降低七里河水位及贾鲁河流域遭遇不同标准洪水情况下的工程运行等方面进行分析,为郑州段贾鲁河流域及七里河分洪工程的运行调度提供参考。In order to enhance the flood control capacity of the Jialu River in Zhengzhou City without altering the current cross-section of the river,the aim is to upgrade the flood control standard of the section in Moucheng District from once every 50 years to once every 100 years.This will be achieved through the implementation of the Qilihe Diversion Project,which aims to reduce the flooding from the Qili River into the Jialu River.However,the implementation of the diversion project is expected to have an impact on the surrounding water bodies.This paper analyzes the effects of the diversion project on enhancing the flood control capacity of the Jialu River,effectively reducing the water level of the Qili River,and the operation of the project under different standard flood conditions in the Jialu River basin.This analysis aims to provide reference for the operation and scheduling of the Jialu River basin and Qilihe Diversion Project in Zhengzhou.
