摘　　要：绍兴自唐代始设立官学,至五代废,仅有司庙祭先圣而已。北宋初期,采取兴文教、抑武事的国策,主要是重视科举而非教育,地方官学仍未受到真正重视,越州官学也是名存实亡。后虽在有识之士的推动下修复越州官学,但学宫狭小且处于喧闹之地,严重影响教学和人才的培养。北宋中期,师从胡瑗的越州监簿吴孜毅然捐献自己的宅第作为越州学宫,这在当时释、道兴盛,而地方官学尚未真正得到重视的大背景下,确实可称为惊世骇俗之举。吴孜的远见卓识和崇高品德不仅深受人们赞赏,且对引领社会风气,提倡重教尚学带来了深远影响。Since the Tang Dynasty,Shaoxing has begun to set up official schools.They were abolished in the Five Dynasties,while temples were kept to offer sacrifices to the saints.In the early Northern Song Dynasty,the government adopted its policy of attaching importance to martial arts instead of culture and education,mainly focusing on the imperial examinations rather than education.The local official schools were not taken seriously,and the Yuezhou official schools existed in name only.Later,although the Yuezhou official school was repaired under the promotion of people of insight,The schools were too small and noisy,which seriously affected the teaching and training of talents.In the middle of the Northern Song Dynasty,Wu Zi,the supervisor of Yuezhou,student of Hu Yuan,resolutely donated his own mansion as a school.It was shocking in the context of the flourishing of Buddhism and Taoism at that time.Wu Zi’s foresight and lofty character were not only deeply appreciated by the people,but also had a profound impact on leading the social atmosphere and advocating the emphasis on education and learning.
