论英国近代前期的“哈林顿学派”与“大洋国范式”

摘　　要：“哈林顿学派”是英国近代前期一批乌托邦主义思想家,温和宪政派共和主义者。他们先后在革命和启蒙运动形势之下,为促进本国政治制度更新,发表多种论著,对世袭贵族制的有无,一院制或两院制议会,官员是否轮流任职、联邦制或单一制,立法官和行政官职守,军队组建和指挥、官员监督等,各抒己见,描绘出大同小异的理想主义蓝图;表达出他们对国家政体形式、贵族体制的看法和纠正;显示出他们对权力制衡、普选制、廉价政府、和谐军政关系的追求,并由此被视为“大洋国范式”。介绍和评判该学派的研究模式,有助于学界认定哈林顿学派在英国政治史上的重要地位和影响。The Harringtonines are a group of utopian thinkers and moderate constitutional republicans in early modern England.During the revolutionary update and the enlightenment movement,they published successively many works and essays,to renew the country's political system,on the great questions of the constitution of the state,the hereditary aristocracy,consultative or a bicameral legislature,whether the officials should rotate,federalism or unitary,legislators and executives'duty,the army's formation and command and so on.It expresses their views on and corrects the forms of national government,namely the principles on the state,constitutional monarchy,aristocratic system,and shows their pursuit of power balance,universal suffrage,cheap government and harmonious relationship between military troops and government,official supervision and so on,thus forming the Paradigm of Atlantic in the academic history.Introducing and evaluating the research model of this school helps the academic community to recognize the important position and influence of the Harrington School in British political history.
